Here's what we usually get asked
Breathwork is utilising a particular breathing technique to reach a desired outcome. Whether its relaxing and leaving that "Fight or flight" stage or opening up and letting go of past trauma or something else completely.
Yes, you have been breathing your whole life. However there is a always a better way to do something, similar to picking an object up off the ground. You can band at the hips and pick it up however we all know that isn't the most beneficial way of doing it. Same too with Breathwork, there are many ways and techniques to reach a desired outcome.
Spinal Energetics is a modality that works with the spine and your body to be able to create space for your body to unwind and let go of stored tension and emotions stored within the body and parts of the spine.
I offer 1:1 sessions if you prefer to do things by yourself away from a crowd, I offer group sessions from 2 people upwards and I also offer a corporate setting. All sessions are based on either releasing what you need to release or taking you out of that "Fight or Flight" mode and back to a "Rest & Digest" state. each session giving you the tools and techniques as well as how and when to use them in your day to day life.

I myself had quite a bit of physical trauma in my early childhood, I moved around a lot and I struggled to make any friends. After high school I then joined the Army and served for a total of 6 years and in that time I deployed to the middle east for 8 months, needless to say after my deployment I had some more trauma to unpack...
I then worked in construction as a rigger climbing and building towers all across Australia. It was while I was in construction that I started to unpack all those years of trauma as my partner at the time had suggested Breathwork.
After seeing first hand how it made me feel and what it could do I decided I wanted to help others feel what I had felt and to help empower them to overcome their past traumas as well.
